Ingredients

  • 1 buns (cut in half)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 slices loin pork roast (or 1/4 cup pulled pork preferably Cuban roast pork)
  • 2 slices ham (cooked)
  • 4 slices pickles

Directions

  1. Assemble the sandwich and grill in a panini press over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes per side.
Option: Add a tablespoon of Cuban mojo for an extra kick!
Option: Add 2 strips bacon for a pork trifecta!
